Carrier: We select a carrier based on your destination and the size or weight of the order. Common carriers include USPS and UPS.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Weekend and holiday orders process the next business day.
Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@fahertybrandmall.com. If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update it.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or events outside our control. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact the carrier first, then us.
