Condition: Unused, unworn, original packaging. Items showing use, damage, or missing parts may be rejected.
Quality issues: Contact us with photos. We will review and provide return instructions if the item qualifies.

To start a return, email info@fahertybrandmall.com with your order number and reason. We reply with instructions during service hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM ET).
After we receive the item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we process the refund within 1–2 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the credit.
We do not offer exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
